YES. HACIENDA VILLA DEL CUYO Can be rented as a whole house or 2 separate Apartments (GROUNDFLOOR AND PENTHOUSE with or without Casita Maya and Mayan Roofgarden on the 3rd Floor), each with its own private beach terrace, entrance, etc Just Like the Lighthouse Villa and Suite.

SANDY AND NO ROCKS OR REEF...EXELLENT FOR SMALL CHILDREN OR NON SWIMMERS.

How is the Quality of the construction of the houses?
BOTH HOMES ARE BUILT WITH CONCRETE, STEEL AND CENTER BLOCK. EVEN THE ROOF IS CONCRETE, ONLY THE DECORATION IS PALAPA.

Is the Maidservice included?
YES, once a week, change of towels every 4 days.
Can we request additional Maidservice or other services like a cook, etc?

How , who and when do we get the keys?
FROM Dona REMIGIA, MY CARETAKER UPON ARRIVAL, She will be waiting a t your rental or in the Restaurant Iguana Factory. Just if your arrival is very delayed, they will be in theirhome 2 blocks away from the rentals.

Will we be able to make a campfire on the beach?

RATES
Accommodation and Room rental rates quoted by Villas del Cuyo/Cancun/Cuernavaca ( VdCCC), are on a per night or weekly basis. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Villas del Cuyo require for some apartments a 3 night minimum stay and might sometimes one week or longer during the Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, Easter or Summer holidays.
Rates quoted allow for maximum occupancy of the vacation rental as shown on the web site. Additional guests may be subject to a per person, per day surcharge. Rates include salaries of all household staff, the cost of electricity, hot water, cleaning and gardening supplies, local taxes, and so on.
NOT INCLUDED / ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Rates do not include baggage handling, gratuities, telephone, fax and telegram charges, car rental, food, soft drinks and/or liquor, personal items and expenses, and any excessive cleaning required upon departure (such as upholstery or rug shampooing, etc).
RESERVATION and PAYMENTS
Payment of about 50 Percent Booking Deposit must be received by Villas del Cuyo before a Confirmation can be issued. Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival.. Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.
All rates for accommodation are in USD.
Handover of the Apartments we provide bedsheets , bath towels and the final cleaning.
The Apartments will be handover between 16:00 and 18:00 pm and should be returned between 08:00 and 10:00 am.Please advise my caretaker by phone if your arival will be delayed.
CHANGE OF BOOKING
A US$150 administration fee will be charged by Villas del Cuyo for any change of booking after a Confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the Accommodation or Transport Vehicle\s owner.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposit(s). Refund of monies paid for accommodation and services will be made only under the following circumstances: 1.) The accommodation becomes unfit for habitation after natural catastrophy and no equivalent replacement accommodation can be obtained (this qualifies for a 100refund); 2.) The accommodation is re-booked by another party for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. Any rental payments, which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction of a 15 percent administration fee 3.) If the guest cancel the reservation more then 4 weeks before the booking period, or "no show" the full rental fee has to be paid. Any Funds resulting out of such refund will be distributed 10 days after rental period is over further refund policies:

up to 120 days 15 percent of rental price
119 to 45 days 30 percent of rental price
44 to 30 days 50 percent of rental price
29 to 22 days 80 percent of rental price
21 days or less 90 percent of rental price
US$ 150 administration fee will be charged by Villas del Cuyo upon any refund.This fee will be waved if change of reservation is made due to H1N1 virus.
No Refunds apply by Discount or Promotional Rates.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
As deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed, we highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance which covers all your expenses if you have to cancel your journey, need medical treatment overseas or emergency evacuation, or extra costs because of luggage delay or loss, etc.
LIABILITY
Villas del Cuyo acts in some cases as agent for the accommodation owners, suppliers and/or contractors who are providing accommodation, transport, and services. Under no circumstances shall Villas del Cuyo be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described or substituted, or by reason of military action, revolution or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, geological caracteristics,servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein or as substituted. If any accommodations and/or services are substituted, Villas del Cuyo will act at all times in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to or better than those originally contracted. Villas del Cuyo at their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services.

Quelle que soit la mère nature et la culture mexicaine ont une réserve pour vous.
Il n'existe pas de centres commerciaux, pas de casino, pas de tracas et d'animation. C'est un lieu pour se détendre. Si vous avez besoin de tout ce qui précède, ce n'est pas l'endroit pour vous.

SANS LE TOURISME,LES MASSES ET BEAUCOUP DE NOIX DE COCO PALM ,LES ARBRES SUR LA PLAGE ET DANS LE VILLAGE ... Puerto del Cuyo a été épargnée par LES OURAGANS ET LES MALADIES QUI ONT TUÉ LES palmiers AILLEURS. ..., les gens sont sympathiques, LE COUT DE LA VIE est peu coûteux , LA LOCATION ETLES FRUITS DE MER SONT EXELLENTS, GRANDES attractions touristiques, UNE PLAGE MAGNIFIQUE naturelle avec un sable fin pendant des kilomètres...

OUI. LA PLAGE EST DU SABLE PURE . Pas de roches ou de récif. Eau peu profonde, idéale pour les enfants ou les petits nageurs.
